This hotel has a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions in downtown. You can practically walk to everything you need, with the next street being within reach. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, especially the ones on the 4th floor which feel like small boutique suites. The bathroom is truly fabulous, fitted with modern amenities. And let's not forget the lovely view from the balcony, overlooking the bustling streets of this vibrant city.

The staff were amazing, from the reception counter to the concierge and the maids. They provided top-notch service and were always willing to go the extra mile for their guests. I was impressed by their efficiency and friendliness. The hotel also surprised me with a room upgrade and a follow-up call to ensure everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is great, with metro stations nearby and Hyde Park just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for its staff, service, and location.
